In September 2025, Katie, a lingerie business owner, needed emergency surgery after complications arose from a hysterectomy she had undergone in July. The stitches where her cervix had been sewn up had ruptured, leaving her in pain, bleeding, and close to passing out. However, on the night of the gala, Katie looked radiant, dressed in a strapless black gown and accessorized with a statement silver necklace.

Alongside Katie, other celebrities in attendance included Strictly's Nadiya Bychkova, who dazzled in a floor-length silver dress, and former TOWIE star Jessica Wright, who turned heads in a fitted, dusty-mauve gown.
