The estate of the late actor Nicholas Brendon is continuing a breach of contract lawsuit filed by the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star before his death. Brendon, who passed away at 54, had sued contractor Stephen Britton for over $121,000 due to dissatisfaction with construction work on his Ohio home.
Britton has alleged in court documents that Brendon cursed at workers and displayed threatening behavior, leading to fear for their safety. The contractor also claimed Brendon placed an Apple AirTag in his work bag, a charge Brendon denied. Britton stated he feared for his life and the safety of his workers during the project.
Brendon's attorneys maintain the claim stems from an unpaid $20,000 loan, seeking $121,260 with interest. Brendon's family announced his death last Friday, stating he died peacefully in his sleep from natural causes. His estate is reportedly seeking a representative to see the legal case through.
