Niall Horan fears hip replacement due to 'f ext-up' joints

He also revealed that his girlfriend, Amelia Woolley, served as a muse for songs on his new album, "Dinner Party," admitting she "did a lot of crying" during the songwriting process.

Horan also recently spoke about the passing of his One Direction bandmate, Liam Payne, in 2024. He described a period of "hiding" after Liam's funeral, feeling nostalgic and reflecting on their shared history. The new track "End Of An Era" is a tribute to Liam, featuring lyrics about shared magical moments and the inability to say goodbye. Despite these personal struggles, Horan expressed contentment in his relationship with Amelia, describing her as "amazing" and a crucial support.

Outside of his health and music, Horan has developed an interest in luxury wristwatches, recently showcasing a vintage Patek Philippe Calatrava. He and Amelia also embrace a quiet lifestyle, though they often find their weekends pass by with little accomplished due to procrastination.
