The Apple TV+ period drama "The Buccaneers," inspired by Edith Wharton's unfinished novel, is officially in production for its third season. A familiar face from "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" and "The Vampire Diaries" has been cast as Frank, a charming stranger who arrives to disrupt the world of Nan and Mrs. St. George.
