King Calls 'Never After Dark' Haunting!

Renowned horror author Stephen King described the film as "amazing and haunting." Director Scott Derrickson, known for "The Black Phone" and "Sinister," called it an "intelligent, unpredictable and bone-chilling" supernatural horror and "one of the best of the year."
Written and directed by Dave Boyle, "Never After Dark" stars Moeka Hoshi as Airi, a medium accompanied by her deceased sister. Airi is summoned to an isolated country house to exorcise a spirit, but uncovers a dangerous secret and faces a threat from the living. The film previously won the grand jury prize at the Overlook Film Festival.
"Never After Dark" will be released in theaters on September 25 by Magnolia Pictures.
