Squid Game Producer's New Casino Thriller

Netflix is set to release "The Dealer," a gripping Korean casino crime drama, produced by the acclaimed Hwang Dong-hyuk, the visionary behind "Squid Game." The series will delve into the dark and dangerous world of gambling, following the journey of Geonhwa, a talented casino dealer whose life takes a dramatic turn after being ensnared in a housing fraud scheme.

Headlining the cast is Jung So-min as Geonhwa, a character who has long suppressed extraordinary abilities crucial for navigating the high-stakes environment of casino tables. The narrative unfolds as she is compelled to re-enter the world she once left behind, battling to reclaim her agency amidst precarious wagers and formidable competitors.
