The "NCIS" television franchise is expanding with "NCIS: New York" set to premiere on CBS this fall. As the 23rd season of the original "NCIS" concludes, the cast of Alden Parker's team is being evaluated for potential spin-off opportunities. One standout candidate for a new series is agent Jessica Knight, played by Katrina Law.
