NBC has revealed its Fall 2026-2027 primetime schedule, positioning the new broadcast edition of 'The Traitors' as its Thursday anchor. Hosted by Alan Cumming, the unscripted competition series will debut at 8 p.m. ET/PT, leading into 'Law & Order: SVU' and 'Law & Order,' which has been renewed for its 26th season.
The network is strategically staggering its new series launches. While 'The Traitors' takes a prime Thursday slot, the reboot of 'The Rockford Files,' starring David Boreanaz, is set for a January 2027 premiere. 'Sunset PI' is scheduled to follow in February 2027, after 'The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins' completes its run.
NBC's 'One Chicago' block remains intact on Wednesdays, with 'Chicago Med,' 'Chicago Fire,' and 'Chicago PD' airing in sequence. Mondays will feature 'Line of Fire' and 'The Voice,' with 'St. Denis Medical' also premiering in the 8 p.m. hour in the fall. One scripted series, 'The Hunting Party,' remains unconfirmed for renewal.
