The property, situated in the premium Legacy residential project, was acquired for Rs 31.5 crores. This significant transaction was documented in property registration records accessed recently.
The duplex apartment occupies the fourth and fifth floors, boasting a super built-up area of 14,369 square feet. The deal, which includes an undivided land share of 5,308 square feet, was registered in December of the previous year. Nayanthara holds a 90 percent stake in the property, with Vignesh Shivan owning the remaining 10 percent. The residence also comes with eight reserved parking spaces.
This acquisition further solidifies Nayanthara's extensive real estate investments across South India. She is known to own multiple properties in Chennai and Hyderabad, in addition to her ancestral home in Kerala.
