Nate Bargatze's Wife: The Secret Behind His Success

Nate Bargatze's journey in comedy is significantly shaped by his wife, Laura Bargatze. The couple's story began over twenty years ago when they met as young employees at an Applebee's restaurant in Tennessee. Nate worked as a host, while Laura served tables.

Laura has been a constant pillar of support for Nate's comedic ambitions. When he decided to leave a stable meter-reading job to pursue stand-up comedy, Laura encouraged him, famously saying, "okay, alright...do that!"

Their relationship continued to flourish as Nate's career progressed. In 2005, Nate proposed to Laura during a carriage ride in Central Park while he was working in New York City. They married on October 13, 2006.

The couple welcomed their daughter, Harper, on July 8, 2012. Harper has often introduced her father at his comedy specials. Laura is also a key figure behind the scenes.

She earned a business degree and worked in marketing before becoming a corporate event planner for nearly a decade. Since 2019, Laura has been the executive producer of Nate's podcast, "The Nateland Podcast," and also acts as a talent manager for Bargatze Enterprises.
