- Despite setbacks, she built a new career in makeup and hair styling.

Mumait Khan, known for her role in 'Munna Bhai MBBS,' recently revealed that a serious health issue forced her departure from the film industry at the peak of her career. A significant accident at home resulted in severe brain nerve damage, leading to a coma and subsequent seizures.
Doctors imposed a strict seven-year prohibition on work, exercise, and physical strain, during which Khan managed her seizures with medication and experienced significant weight gain. This period of recovery, however, provided an opportunity for self-study and a reevaluation of her passions.
During this enforced break, Khan discovered a strong interest in makeup and hair styling. This led to the establishment of WeLyke Academy in Hyderabad, aiming to elevate styling standards within the South Indian film industry.
Despite experiencing business setbacks, including being backstabbed twice, Khan remains focused on her new entrepreneurial venture. Now 40, she embraces her individuality, including her love for tattoos and piercings, and reflects on a life dedicated to supporting her family.
