Filming for the highly anticipated fifth season of The Morning Show is officially in the prep stage, according to star Jennifer Aniston.
Aniston, who also serves as an executive producer on the Apple TV+ series, revealed that extensive script development has been underway for the past few months and is expected to continue through the summer.
The award-winning drama, which premiered in 2019, follows the behind-the-scenes drama at a fictional news network. While season 5 is confirmed, its release date remains unannounced, though it is anticipated for 2027.
Adding to the cast changes, Greta Lee, who joined the series in season 2, confirmed her exit after season 4. New cast members for the upcoming season include Jeff Daniels, Jesse Williams, and Reneé Rapp. The first four seasons are currently available for streaming.
