Molly & Tyler: Wedding Plans Amidst Marathon Mania

Radio DJ Tyler West and EastEnders star Molly Rainford, who became engaged last August, are navigating wedding preparations while also participating in recent challenges. Tyler humorously noted that wedding planning feels like a full-time job, requiring him to consider taking a sabbatical. Molly added that they are taking their time to enjoy the engagement period, emphasizing it's a unique phase before marriage.

The couple recently took part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon, an event they chose to support the Tommy's baby charity. Molly expressed increased confidence in her running abilities, seeing the iconic route as a perfect dive into the activity. Tyler, who has run a marathon before during his time on Strictly, found renewed personal motivation as he recently turned 30.

Reflecting on their experience in 'Celebrity Race Across the World,' both Molly and Tyler described it as the most significant challenge they have undertaken. They found that the intense problem-solving required during the race has made them feel capable of handling any obstacle, transforming their comfort zones.
