Mohanlal and Jude Anthany Joseph Reunite for New Film

Actor Mohanlal has officially announced a forthcoming film project that will see him collaborating once again with director Jude Anthany Joseph. The exciting news was shared by Mohanlal himself on a Sunday via a social media post, accompanied by a photograph of the duo. He revealed that the new film is scheduled for release sometime next year, with more details to be disclosed in the coming months.

This collaboration arrives at a time when Jude Anthany Joseph's latest directorial venture, 'Thudakkam', is garnering significant attention. Released in theaters on August 7, the film starring Vismaya Mohanlal has achieved substantial box office success. After ten days, 'Thudakkam' had accumulated a net collection of ₹20.34 Cr in India, with a worldwide gross collection reaching ₹38.39 Cr. The movie also boasts a strong performance in overseas markets, contributing ₹14.80 Cr to its global earnings.

In addition to this project with Jude Anthany Joseph, Mohanlal is also set to work with director Tharun Moorthy for the second time on a film titled 'Athimanoharam'. This project follows their previous successful collaboration, 'Thudarum'. 'Thudakkam' itself featured a cast including Saikumar and Aashish Joe Antony in his debut, alongside Mohanlal in a special cameo.
