Mohanlal and Anoop Sathyan Unite for 'L368'

Malayalam cinema's new venture, 'L368', has officially commenced with a pooja and switch-on ceremony, marking the maiden collaboration between acclaimed actor Mohanlal and director Anoop Sathyan. This film also signifies Mohanlal's return to working with the renowned Sathyan Anthikad family, having had a long professional history with Sathyan Anthikad himself.

Mohanlal expressed his delight at working with Anoop, stating his happiness in continuing the association with the family. He fondly recalled his extensive journey with Sathyan Anthikad, from the filmmaker's very first movie to his most recent. The actor conveyed his hope that 'L368' would evolve into a wonderful film, given its potential.

Adding a personal touch, director Sathyan Anthikad shared a childhood anecdote about his son Anoop's immense admiration for Mohanlal. He humorously recounted how Anoop, as a schoolboy, would often inquire about Mohanlal's involvement in his father's upcoming projects. Sathyan Anthikad also conveyed his happiness for his son finally directing Mohanlal, a dream he had nurtured.

'L368' is written and will be edited by Anoop Sathyan. The film is jointly produced by Binu George Alexander and Aashirvad Cinemas, with music by Jakes Bejoy and cinematography by Shahnad Jalal. The launch event was graced by several industry figures, including Suchitra Mohanlal, Sathyan Anthikad, Antony Perumbavoor, and Mukesh.
