The cast of the hit series "Modern Family" recently came together for a reunion, approximately six years after the show concluded in 2020. Sofía Vergara and Jesse Tyler Ferguson shared moments from the weekend gathering on social media, expressing nostalgia for their time on the show. Vergara's post even featured a fan-favorite song from the series, "In the Moonlight (Do Me)."
"Modern Family," which premiered in 2009, aired for 11 seasons and garnered significant acclaim, including 22 Emmy awards. Ed O'Neill, who played patriarch Jay Pritchett, was among those present at the recent reunion. The cast has consistently maintained a close relationship since the show's end.
Despite the show's conclusion, the actors have found ways to stay connected. Earlier this year, Jesse Tyler Ferguson hosted Eric Stonestreet and Ty Burrell at his off-Broadway show. Additionally, Ariel Winter and Nolan Gould, who played siblings on the show, are currently roommates, affectionately referring to their living situation as a "Modern Family reboot."
