Pageant Drama Didn't Break Miss Universe Bonds

However, Irish contestant Aadya Srivastava, 19, shared that these external dramas fostered a "strong sisterhood bond" among the participants. Srivastava, who was participating in her first pageant, found that the shared challenges brought the women closer together.

Srivastava believes the organization may have amplified controversies to gain media attention, as interpersonal drama among contestants was minimal. She noted that the experience revealed a less glamorous side of pageantry, which she found notable compared to previous years' competitions.

Although Srivastava does not intend to compete in Miss Universe again, citing the competition's "messy season," she remains enthusiastic about pageantry. She plans to leverage the valuable lessons and connections made with fellow contestants in future pageants.
