Miranda Lambert: I'm Langley's 'Hype Girl'!

Miranda Lambert has taken on the role of a supportive "hype girl" for rising country music artist Ella Langley. Lambert shared in a recent interview that she uses her two decades of industry experience to mentor and assist newer generations of artists.

Lambert expressed astonishment at the success of "Choosin' Texas," a song she co-wrote with Langley, noting it was unprecedented even in her own career. Langley, in turn, values Lambert's guidance, describing her as a crucial source of advice and encouragement.

Langley's song "Choosin' Texas" achieved the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in late 2025, followed by her album "Dandelion" also debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in April 2026. The album also features a duet titled "Butterfly Season" by the two artists.

In addition to her performance on "Dandelion," Lambert also served as a co-producer for the album. She described this experience as unique and fulfilling, allowing her to contribute to a "beautiful masterpiece" without her name being the primary artist credit.
