Visitors can expect to see a rare cold war MiG 17F fighter jet from Poland, alongside a French fire bomber capable of dropping over 3,000 litres of water.
For those captivated by lighter-than-air flight, more than 100 giant, multicoloured hot-air balloons are set to ascend, including a captivating balloon night glow. Organizers are also emphasizing the promotion of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to young attendees and celebrating women in aviation.
The festival kicks off on Friday with gates opening at 11:30, featuring a planned hot-air balloon mass ascent in the evening. Saturday and Sunday will showcase further air displays and hot-air balloon tetherings, ensuring a full weekend of aerial marvels before the event concludes on Sunday evening.
