Michael Strahan's New Baby: Who Is Kayla Quick?

Michael Strahan has reportedly welcomed his fifth child, a daughter with his girlfriend of nearly a decade, Kayla Quick. Quick, born October 17, 1989, in Port Charlotte, Florida, is a wellness entrepreneur approximately 20 years younger than Strahan. She co-founded the wellness brand FIZZNESS and is an angel investor in other companies.

Her past includes a teenage citation for disorderly conduct and an arrest at age 18 for grand theft, though charges were reportedly dropped. Quick pursued higher education in business and nutrition before her entrepreneurial ventures. She has intentionally stayed out of the public spotlight throughout her relationship with Strahan, with minimal online presence.

The couple's relationship, which began around 2015, has seen few public appearances, notably a 2016 sighting at Kinky Boots and Strahan's 2023 Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony. Despite unconfirmed split rumors circulating in Summer 2026, TMZ reported on August 27, 2026, that Strahan and Quick welcomed a baby girl earlier that year, his fifth child overall and first with Quick.
