Summary
- Girl group MEOVV performed at the TMElive International Music Awards.
- Members feel insecure but gain confidence through music.
- Anna is serious but random, Ella and Sooin are the silliest.
The girl group MEOVV, formed by The Black Label in 2024, recently performed at the second annual TMElive International Music Awards in Hong Kong. The event spanned two days and featured over 30 musical acts.
Backstage at the Kai Tak Stadium, MEOVV shared their approach to onstage confidence. Member Narin admitted that while they project strength, feelings of insecurity can arise. However, she explained that listening to their music and performing allows them to feel powerful, using music to metaphorically 'gaslight' themselves into believing in their own strength.
When discussing studio dynamics, the members offered a glimpse into their personalities. Ella identified Anna as the most serious but prone to random, funny interjections. She also noted that she and Sooin are the silliest, with Gawon adding that Sooin often occupies herself in her own corner. The group emphasized their enjoyment of having fun during the creative process.
