For her latest album, titled 'Sweat,' Mel C chose to feature herself in highly revealing attire for the cover art. This decision reflects a personal milestone, as she expressed a wish to document her physique at this stage of her life.

She shared that achieving the look for the album shoot required two weeks of focused nutrition and specific workouts. Mel C stressed that this was a temporary image for the shoot, not a daily standard.

Mel C also voiced concerns about the detrimental effects of social media platforms like Instagram. She highlighted how the constant portrayal of often unsustainable and unhealthy body images can be misleading.

She believes it's crucial to be transparent about body image, acknowledging that while such looks can be achieved, they aren't typically maintainable long-term.
