McFly, the iconic band formed in 2003, has been announced as the first act for the upcoming summer concert series at Ludlow Castle. They are scheduled to perform on July 27, 2027. This exciting engagement is part of the Live at Ludlow Castle events, which have seen substantial attendance since their inception in 2023.
The promoters have secured an agreement to continue hosting these concerts at the historic venue through at least 2033. This long-term commitment highlights the significant economic benefit the events bring to Ludlow, estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands of pounds.
Last summer's festival saw approximately 50,000 attendees over two weekends, featuring a diverse lineup of renowned artists. McFly, known for hits like 'Five Colours In Her Hair,' are set to deliver what promoters describe as their most ambitious performance yet.
