Marvel Star Kat Dennings Forgets She's Part of the MCU

In a delightfully human moment, actress Kat Dennings, who is well-known for playing the character of Darcy Lewis in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has revealed that she completely forgot about her involvement in the MCU.

Dennings, who has appeared in films like Thor and Thor: The Dark World, as well as the Disney+ series WandaVision, recently visited Disneyland's Avengers Campus. During her visit, she was surprised to find people waving at her, initially thinking they were just being friendly. "Oh my god, I am in these movies. I forgot. I completely forgot that I was part of the Marvel Universe," Dennings said, laughing about the incident. The actress even joked that she thought she might have been mistaken for a "really good imitator of Darcy Lewis" due to her casual attire.

Dennings' forgetfulness about her own Marvel fame is not an isolated incident. Other high-profile actors, such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Anna Kendrick, have also experienced similar memory lapses when it comes to their involvement in major franchises.
