Marlon Wayans finds unscripted celebrity brawls more captivating than traditional boxing matches. Speaking on the Filthy Fellas podcast, Wayans, alongside his brother Shawn, voiced his preference for the authentic drama of real fights. He noted that shows featuring such unscripted confrontations, like 'Baddies,' offer a more compelling spectacle.
Wayans specifically highlighted the excitement of seeing participants fight with genuine intensity, often involving removed wigs and unexpected reveals. This contrasts with his view on regulated celebrity boxing, which he found disappointing, particularly in relation to specific past matches. He expressed a desire for the raw, unbridled nature of real confrontations over the controlled environment of boxing.
