Manoj Bajpayee Buys 4.45 Acres Near Lonavala for Rs 1.37 Crore

Actor Manoj Bajpayee has purchased 1.80 hectares, or about 4.45 acres, of agricultural land in Tailbail village, Mulshi taluka, near Lonavala, for Rs 1.37 crore. The registration documents indicate the transaction occurred on August 25, 2026. Bajpayee paid Rs 6.86 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees for the property, which was bought from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain.

This latest acquisition is one of several significant real estate investments made by the actor. In 2023, Bajpayee reportedly invested Rs 32 crore in four commercial office units located in Mumbai's Oshiwara area. The Mulshi land deal aligns with a growing trend of property investments in the region, known for its scenic beauty and proximity to Pune and Mumbai, attracting those seeking second homes and leisure properties.
