Mangaluru is set to host a magnificent fruit and flower show at Kadri Park, commencing on January 23 and concluding on January 26, coinciding with Republic Day. This collaborative event, organized by the horticulture department and district administration, aims to showcase the region's horticultural richness.
The show promises a breathtaking display of approximately 15,000 flowers from 30 distinct varieties, including salvia, chrysanthemum, and dahlia. Visitors can anticipate unique floral replicas and designs as primary attractions, alongside meticulously grown potted plants and a demonstration vegetable garden.
Beyond the floral exhibits, the event will feature displays of ornamental plants, bonsai trees, and traditional Ikebana arrangements.
