Mandana Karimi, an actress known for her roles in Bollywood films, has revealed that she continues to be a victim of relentless cyberbullying and stalking, even after relocating from India to Dubai. The harassment began over six years ago following her separation from businessman Gaurav Gupta.
Karimi shared on social media that an unknown individual continues to monitor her life and sends malicious emails to her professional contacts. These emails, sent in her name, aim to defame her and solicit money. She stated that despite filing multiple cybercrime complaints in India, the authorities were unable to resolve the issue. She believes a professional hacker has been hired to closely track her online activities.
Recently, Karimi posted screenshots of these emails, urging anyone who receives them not to engage, send money, or believe the contents. She encouraged recipients to save and forward any such communications to her. Karimi expressed her frustration, stating, "Enough is enough," and that she will no longer remain silent against this ongoing harassment.
Prior to this, Karimi had shared posts reflecting on her resilience and the process of "starting over" after experiencing significant life changes. She was previously married to Gaurav Gupta, with whom she officially divorced in 2021 after filing a domestic violence complaint.
Karimi's acting credits include appearances in films like 'Roy', 'Bhaag Johnny', and 'Main Aur Charles', and she was last seen in the Bollywood film 'Thar' in 2022. She also featured in the television series 'Ishqbaaz'.
