The trailer reveals that the Clan of Two will be tasked by the New Republic Colonel Ward to hunt down Imperial warlords who have dispersed throughout the galaxy following the Empire's collapse. The clip also features the live-action introduction of Rotta the Hutt, a character originally from the animated Clone Wars movie.
Directed by series creator Jon Favreau, the film promises exciting chases and heartwarming moments between Mando and Grogu. Favreau, who has a deep connection to the Star Wars universe, expressed his excitement about bringing these characters to a wider audience.
