Sydney will host the Australian premiere of Mamma Mia! The Party in March 2027 at Sydney Event Centre. This immersive theatrical dining event, created by ABBA's Björn Ulvaeus, transports guests to a taverna on the Greek island of Skopelos.

Executive produced by Ulvaeus and Pophouse Entertainment, alongside TEG Dainty, the event marks a significant return for ABBA-related entertainment in Australia. Paul Dainty, who promoted ABBA's 1977 tour, expressed excitement about bringing this celebration to a country with a deep and enduring love for the Swedish supergroup.
