Maisie Williams Used Etsy Witch for Movie Role

Maisie Williams, celebrated for her role as Arya Stark in Game of Thrones, recently shared personal anecdotes about her experiences with manifestation and career challenges.

In an interview with British Vogue, Williams disclosed that she once hired a witch from Etsy to help her secure a movie role. She diligently followed the witch's instructions, which included nightly recitations, but ultimately found the manifestation efforts unsuccessful.

Despite this particular attempt not yielding results, Williams acknowledged her participation in superstitions, finding comfort in them to feel a sense of control over unpredictable circumstances. She confessed that some superstitions made her feel uneasy, but she continues to engage with them.

Speaking to The Telegraph, Williams also detailed the significant fear of rejection she encountered after Game of Thrones ended. As auditioning for the series was her second-ever audition, leading to immense fame, facing 'no' after its conclusion proved exceptionally challenging. She learned that rejection is a common part of the industry and not necessarily personal, a difficult lesson for an established actor.
