Mom Buys Daughter Dream Car: A BMW Mini Cooper

Television actor Mahhi Vij has fulfilled her daughter Tara's childhood dream with the purchase of a BMW Mini Cooper S Convertible. The luxurious vehicle, which starts at Rs 58.50 lakh and can reach up to approximately Rs 70 lakh on-road, was acquired to celebrate the beginning of 2026. Vij revealed on Instagram that Tara had expressed a desire for this car when she was just four years old, a wish Vij initially hesitated to fulfill due to affordability and questions about necessity.

Vij explained her motivation, stating, "Dreams don't come with age limits. Wishes don't come with price tags." She emphasized that the purchase transcends luxury, focusing instead on creating a cherished memory and demonstrating to her daughter that her dreams matter. The actor highlighted the pricelessness of the moments they will share, like drives and laughter, in the new car. The BMW Mini Cooper Convertible is noted for its sculpted body, luxury interior, and a 2-litre turbo engine. It offers features like a 9.4-inch OLED infotainment screen, acceleration from 0-100 km/h in under 7.1 seconds, and a quick electric fabric roof. The car also includes an intelligent 'Hey Mini' voice assistant and heated seats and steering wheel.
