Bhatt expressed that he had not even fully grasped Alia's immense success when she got married and had a child. He told Alia that her "best creation" is not her cinematic work, but rather Raha, whom he considers a "gift from nature" that has arrived through Alia. Bhatt marveled at Raha's intelligence, brightness, and vitality, saying she has an energy that surpasses even the combined magnificence of Alia and Ranbir.

The filmmaker recalled an advice he once received from veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, who said that becoming a grandparent gives one a renewed chance to appreciate life.
