Maggie Grace, known for her role on 'Lost,' has initiated divorce proceedings from her husband, Brent Bushnell. The filing occurred privately in Washington state in May 2026, marking the end of their seven-year union.

Court documents reveal the couple officially separated on October 1, 2024, and have been living apart since that date. Grace stated in her filing that the marriage was "irretrievably broken."

The couple had a prenuptial agreement in place, and by the time of the filing, they had already reached an agreement on property settlement and separation. Bushnell has reportedly signed off on the divorce petition, and neither party is seeking spousal support.

Grace and Bushnell are parents to two children. Their son was born in 2020, and their daughter was at least 12 months old as of May 2026, according to information obtained by People magazine.
