He also conveyed his desire for a monogamous relationship, stating that his typical Sundays involve domestic chores, television, and personal indulgences. He has recently relocated to Queensland's Gold Coast.

Nield's Raya profile details his preferences, including a fondness for chocolates and dogs, alongside interests such as travel, coffee, beach activities, music, arts, and running, which were not disclosed during his time on the show. He has seemingly moved on quickly from his relationship with Brook Crompton, who was described as a "villain" on the show.

Recently, Nield was observed enjoying his single life aboard a party boat in Sydney. This sighting occurred after it was confirmed that he and Crompton had ended their relationship. Reports indicate that Crompton has since rekindled her relationship with a former partner and is reportedly pregnant.
