Pop superstar Madonna has reportedly expressed interest in purchasing Angelina Jolie's expansive estate in Los Feliz, California. Although Madonna was not physically present, her representatives conducted a video tour of the $29.85 million property. This historic residence, situated in the exclusive Laughlin Park enclave, was originally owned by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille.
The 2.1-acre estate features a Beaux Arts mansion built in 1913, complete with a swimming pool, guest house, and studios. The main house offers five bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, and a luxurious primary suite. Jolie listed the property for approximately $30 million in May, having acquired it for $24.5 million in 2017.
Madonna, who previously owned a mansion in Hidden Hills that she sold for $23 million last year, maintains properties in New York, London, Bridgehampton, and Portugal. Jolie had indicated plans to leave Los Angeles once her youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, turned 18, which they did last month. The neighborhood is known for its celebrity residents.
