In a move that will delight her longtime fans, pop icon Madonna is set to revisit one of her most underrated eras with the release of Bedtime Stories - The Untold Chapter. Slated to drop on November 28, the 8-track EP celebrates the 30th anniversary of the singer's 1994 album Bedtime Stories.
The new collection will offer a deeper dive into the making of the R&B-influenced record, featuring early demos, alternate versions, and rare tracks that trace the evolution of its soulful sound. Highlights include a "Quiet Storm Demo Remix" of "Survival," an "Allstar New Single Mix" of "Secret," and the "Howie Tee New Clean Edit" of "Human Nature."
To ensure a cohesive listening experience, Madonna has worked closely with producer Stuart Price, who previously collaborated with her on the 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor. The EP's artwork also features never-before-seen images from a 1994 photoshoot by Paolo Roversi, whose work was originally used for the "Bedtime Story" single.
Fans can pre-order the Bedtime Stories - The Untold Chapter EP on black vinyl, as well as a deluxe 2-CD edition that includes the original 1994 album. This special release comes as Madonna continues to explore her musical past, having recently announced her return to Warner Records and plans for a sequel to Confessions on a Dance Floor, due out next year.
