Luny Tunes, comprised of Francisco "Luny" Saldaña and Víctor "Tunes" Cabrera, will receive the prestigious BMI President's Award for their foundational role in reggaetón's ascent.
Their innovative sound in the 2000s is credited with propelling the genre to global prominence. Elena Rose, a celebrated Venezuelan singer-songwriter, will be honored with the BMI Impact Award. She is recognized for her significant contributions as a songwriter and her burgeoning solo career, including her debut album "Bendito Verano."
