Los Dos de Tamaulipas has ascended to the top of Billboard's Regional Mexican Airplay chart with their song "La Clika." This marks the group's third chart-topping hit on this specific tally, further solidifying their presence in the regional Mexican music scene.
The success of "La Clika" is attributed in part to a substantial 24% surge in audience impressions in the United States, accumulating 6.1 million during the tracking week. This latest No. 1 follows previous chart-toppers like "El Chavalón," which previously held the top position.
With this new ruling, Los Dos de Tamaulipas becomes the fourth sibling-based group to achieve three or more No. 1s on the Regional Mexican Airplay chart. They join distinguished acts such as Los Ángeles Azules and Los Temerarios in this accomplishment.
Beyond the Regional Mexican Airplay chart, "La Clika" also shows strong performance on the overall Latin Airplay chart, climbing to No. 3. The parent album, "Expansión," also sees continued success with other tracks like "Ayúdame" and "Gastando Verdes" making notable progress.
