Actress Claims On-Set Harassment Over Birth Video

Actress Blake Lively has detailed allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation in recent court filings. These documents include excerpts from a deposition concerning events on the set of the film "It Ends With Us." Lively claims that Miles Heath, a business partner of director Justin Baldoni, showed her a graphic video of his wife giving birth.

Lively alleged that the incident occurred while she was filming a birthing scene, describing the set as chaotic and lacking standard protections for nude scenes. She stated Heath approached her and her assistant to show the video, which she initially mistook for pornography. She expressed alarm and questioned Heath about his wife's consent.

In his deposition, Heath confirmed showing the video, which he described as a "beautiful video" of his family's home birth. He stated that he believed Baldoni asked him to share the clip. Heath and Baldoni's legal team countered Lively's claims, calling her suggestion that the video was pornography "outrageous and knowingly false."
