LISA is set to release 'Tarantino,' the second single from her forthcoming Press Play EP, on October 23rd. This new track is a direct homage to the iconic film director Quentin Tarantino, as announced by the BLACKPINK member on Wednesday, October 14th. The single's artwork, a circular image of LISA with her face obscured by a red envelope, was revealed along with a preview of the song on TikTok.
"Got my nails really long like the barrel of my gun and my lipstick all over your face," LISA sings in the track, over a dynamic percussion base. "It's a movie, baby, come and press play." This release follows the lead single 'SaWaDiKa,' which achieved significant chart success, reaching No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 23 on the Billboard Global 200 in September.
Beyond her music, LISA recently premiered her documentary, 'Always Lalisa,' at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. This film explores her first year as a solo artist apart from BLACKPINK and began its worldwide theatrical run on Monday, October 12th. The K-pop star is also gearing up for her highly anticipated Las Vegas residency, commencing November 12th at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Due to overwhelming fan interest, two additional dates have been added to her Las Vegas residency, which was initially planned for four nights. This comes after LISA's recent accolades, including winning best pop at the 2026 VMAs, highlighting her continued success and expansive career ventures.
