Summary
- Tom Tom and Pump bar assets are for sale in Los Angeles.
- Schwartz & Sandy's closed after Scandoval fallout.
- Vanderpump's Las Vegas hotel and Vegas Villa are expanding.

Lisa Vanderpump is divesting from the West Hollywood hospitality scene, with her establishments Tom Tom and Pump now listed for sale. The sale encompasses intellectual property, social media platforms, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and proprietary operational systems. This move follows the earlier closure of Pump and the recent shuttering of Schwartz & Sandy's.
The opening of Tom Tom was a significant storyline in season seven of Vanderpump Rules. While Sandoval and Schwartz previously held a minority ownership, they have since been bought out. The closure of Schwartz & Sandy's occurred in the wake of the 'Scandoval' scandal.
Despite these departures from West Hollywood, Vanderpump's influence in the hospitality industry is growing in Las Vegas. Caesars Entertainment announced in March 2025 that The Cromwell hotel on the Strip would be rebranded as the Vanderpump Hotel in spring 2025. A Las Vegas spinoff of Vanderpump Villa is also anticipated.
