Singer Lionel Richie has provided an update to concerned fans after a health scare during a recent concert forced him to end a show early and postpone two tour dates. The 77-year-old entertainer recently experienced a dizzy spell onstage during his 'Sing A Song All Night Long' tour stop in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Following the incident on June 24, Richie was taken to the hospital as a precaution. His doctors advised him to rest, leading to the postponement of subsequent shows in Chicago and Columbus, Ohio. These performances have since been rescheduled for September 30 and October 2, respectively.
Richie has since returned to the stage, resuming his tour with Earth, Wind & Fire in Pittsburgh on June 30 and continuing with dates in Detroit and Toronto. He thanked fans for their messages and well wishes, stating he is "doing well" and looking forward to upcoming shows.
