Netflix has officially picked up The Lincoln Lawyer for a fifth season. This renewal comes just one week before the anticipated fourth season premiere on February 5th. The upcoming fourth season is adapted from Michael Connelly's fifth Mickey Haller novel, titled 'The Law of Innocence.' It will explore the aftermath of season three's cliffhanger, where the body of a former client was found in Mickey's Lincoln, leading him to defend himself against a murder charge.
The series, based on Connelly's books, stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as the titular Los Angeles attorney. The cast also features Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampson, Neve Campbell, and Elliott Gould. Constance Zimmer joins as the prosecutor in Mickey's case. The Lincoln Lawyer has proven to be a strong performer for Netflix, recognized as the No. 4 original streaming series in the United States in 2024, accumulating over 12 billion viewing minutes.
