Lily Allen has transformed her West End Girl tour into a visual narrative of her marriage's breakdown, using dramatic stage elements to embody the lyrics of her songs. Her performance of "4chanStan" specifically features a literal interpretation of discovering a costly receipt. Center stage, a bed prop is utilized, from which a long green fabric unfurls, printed with a giant Bergdorf's receipt. Allen incorporates this into her costume while singing about her husband's alleged infidelity.

Further enhancing the performance, Allen also employs a refrigerator prop to reveal another fabric piece displaying handwritten lyrics for the song's chorus. The tour, based on her 2024 album of the same name, delves into the dissolution of her four-year marriage to actor David Harbour, which ended in February 2025. The extensive tour is scheduled to conclude on November 1, 2026, in Perth, Australia, after 48 shows across various international venues.
