Lil Nas X Emerges from Rehab, New Music Teased

Lil Nas X has announced his departure from a rehab facility, sharing new images with his followers. He indicated a return to his public life, stating, "Out of rehab i guess, Hi guysss!". This announcement follows his candid revelation earlier this month about a bipolar disorder diagnosis.

He shared that this diagnosis is something he has grappled with for years but was hesitant to acknowledge. Nas X expressed his relief at feeling better and creating music more freely. His treatment lasted "for a few months," after which he returned home to Atlanta and Los Angeles to ground himself.

Nas X is now receiving support from a therapist and psychiatrist. This period of focus on his mental health comes after he participated in a mental health diversion program. This program was in lieu of jail time stemming from felony battery charges in August of last year, for which he pleaded not guilty.
