Liam St. John's new 16-track album, 'Man of the North,' marks his first studio project since signing with Big Loud Rock. Inspired by his upbringing in eastern Washington and the strength of his single mother, St. John aimed to capture a raw, honest sound with a full band, a departure from his previous stripped-back, single-take releases.
His prior albums, 'All the Bad Things (Stripped Back)' and 'Stripped Back,' gained traction through viral success and chart performance. However, 'Man of the North' represents a deliberate step into a more collaborative studio environment. The album features guest appearances from Houndmouth and Molly Tuttle, with Tuttle also joining him for a live performance.
St. John, a performer at heart, is set to embark on a European tour in March for the C2C festival and will appear at the Grand Ole Opry in April, following his debut there last November. He is also planning a U.S. tour and aiming to release another album in 2026.
