Costner Thriller 'Let Him Go' Dominates Netflix

The neo-Western thriller "Let Him Go," starring Kevin Costner and Diane Lane, is rapidly climbing Netflix's Top Ten Films chart. Based on Larry Watson's 2013 novel, the 2020 film centers on a retired sheriff and his wife who embark on a dangerous quest to retrieve their grandson.

Following the loss of their son, George and Margaret Blackledge leave their Montana ranch to rescue their young grandson from a family living off the grid. This family, known as the Weboy family, is unwilling to let the child go, forcing George and Margaret into a high-stakes fight. The film has received critical acclaim, boasting an 85% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and earning praise from viewers for its "dark," "compelling," and "gritty" storytelling, with some comparing its style to "Yellowstone."
