- Lego releases new Sauron Helmet set for $70.
- Set includes previously exclusive Sauron minifigure.

Lego has announced a new addition to its Lord of the Rings collection: Sauron's Helmet. This set, priced at $70, marks a more accessible entry point into the revived collector-focused series. It features 538 pieces and stands approximately 13 inches tall, showcasing detailed greebling that emulates Sauron's armor from 'The Fellowship of the Ring.'
The standout feature for many fans will be the inclusion of the Sauron minifigure. This figure was originally exclusive to the 2024 Barad-Dûr set, which was significantly more expensive. The new helmet set offers this coveted minifigure along with the One Ring accessory, symbolizing Sauron's power.
With a release date of March 1 and preorders currently open, this Sauron Helmet set is the most affordable Lord of the Rings offering since the line's relaunch in 2023. This release follows Lego's experimentation with smaller-scale and lower-cost sets, such as the Balrog book nook and The Shire set, suggesting a broader range of products for fans.
