Lego is amplifying its 'May the Fourth' Star Wars festivities by launching new merchandise in April. This year's releases include exciting additions for fans of various genres. The highly anticipated return to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise features a special BrickHeadz set with all four Turtles, marking the series' first appearance since 2014.
For enthusiasts of classic science fiction, Lego presents a new Ideas set inspired by Hergé's 'Destination Moon.' This intricately detailed model recreates the iconic rocket and includes figures of Tintin, Snowy, Captain Haddock, and more. This set's release coincides interestingly with NASA's new crewed moon mission.
In anticipation of the upcoming 'The Mandalorian and Grogu' film, Lego is rolling out five new Star Wars sets. These include character BrickHeadz, vehicles, and a new version of the Razor Crest. Further expanding its Star Wars offerings, Lego will also launch a series of character busts later in April, with Darth Vader and Yoda being the first.
Beyond these, Lego's Icons range features a detailed recreation of the classic Douglas DC-3 aircraft in Pan Am livery, complete with a micro-scale interior and flight crew minifigures.
